Return policy

A note of credit equivalent to 100% of the value will be issued only if the merchandise is:

• A standard product
• Returned at the cuistomer's expense
• Identified by a return number on the box
• Returned in its original package
• In accordance with quality standards
• Returned within a 30-day period

A note of credit equivalent to 50% of the value will be issued only if the merchandise is:

• A custom-made product
• Identified by a return number on the box
• Returned at the customer's expense
• Returned in its original package.
• In accordance with quality standards.
• Returned within a 30-day period.

If the delay exceeds 30 days but does not exceed 90 days, a 15% penalty must be applied to the credit.

If the delay exceeds 90 days, no credit will be assessed.

In the event the merchandise is not identified by a negative order form, the merchandise will be returned at the customer's expense.
